The rules for using this site and what you can expect from the person running it.
Scope
These terms govern access to and use of numbfede.com and its subdomains, run by Federico Musso (Numbfede). By browsing the site you accept them. If you do not agree, simply do not use it.
The site is a personal portfolio: it shows completed projects, experiments and ways of working. It is not a shop, not a platform, and not a continuous service to rely on.
No sales, no payments, no refunds
Nothing is sold through this site: there are no products, subscriptions, carts or payment systems, and no payment data of any kind is collected. For that reason there is no refund policy — and publishing one would be meaningless: with no transaction, there is nothing to refund.
Should a collaboration arise in the future, fees, timings, deliverables and any refunds would be agreed in writing in a separate agreement between the parties. Where such an agreement is concluded at a distance with a consumer, the mandatory rights granted by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) — including the right of withdrawal in the cases and within the terms set by law — remain unaffected.
Site content is not a contractual offer
Service descriptions and availability statements on this site are informational and do not constitute an offer to the public under Art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code. Sending a message through the form creates no obligation on either side: a relationship arises only from an express agreement between the parties.
Intellectual property
Except where stated otherwise, the text, graphics, interfaces, code and project material published on this site are the work of Federico Musso and are protected by copyright. You may read them, quote them and share links freely; you may not reproduce them wholesale, resell them or use them as the basis of a competing product without written permission.
Third-party names, logos and trademarks that may appear belong to their respective owners and are used purely to describe the projects shown, with no claim of ownership and no sponsorship or affiliation implied.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages, unlawful or offensive content, or anything infringing the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to reach private areas, break authentication or compromise the security and availability of the site.
- Do not systematically harvest content with automated tools in ways that burden the infrastructure.
Availability and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. While its content and behaviour are looked after carefully, continuous availability and freedom from errors are not guaranteed: the service may be suspended, changed or discontinued at any time, including for technical reasons outside the controller's hands.
To the extent permitted by law, the controller is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor the mandatory rights granted to consumers.
Links to external sites
The site links to external resources (including GitHub, LinkedIn, Instagram and the project subdomains). Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies: the controller neither controls nor answers for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with a consumer, the court of the consumer's place of residence or elected domicile has jurisdiction where located in Italy; the option of using alternative dispute resolution schemes remains available.
